About the Program
The Workforce Reentry Program is funded by Penny for Pasco and administered by CareerSource Pasco-Hernando. Its aim is to help fill the skills gap for workers looking to enter careers in Pasco. The program looks to help those who need it the most such as homeless, veterans and ex-incarcerated individuals. The funds can be used on a variety of needs, but most will go to tuition for training programs. In 2019 the program was renewed for $750,000 and looks to assist at least 100 residents this year.
