WorkforceCONNECT, a Pasco EDC program, contributes to the growing number of workers in the county through its platform designed for employers and career seekers alike. WorkforceCONNECT allows employers to look intently at our region’s talent pipeline, find programs that produce the talent that will thrive in their industries, and explore resources that can help their business stand out to top candidates.  The platform allows job seekers to find and explore various career pathways. WorkforceCONNECT, as its name implies, connects workforce to career opportunities in the greater Tampa Bay area.

Local Involvement

Local government officials play an important role in WorkforceCONNECT, a pilot program approved by the Board of County Commissioners in 2018 and funded by the Penny for Pasco program. Their continued support and vision have created an environment that ensures opportunities continue to grow both for job seekers and local businesses alike.
