Plant Manager

My name is Rick Reese. I’m the Plant Manager at Polaris Connectors.

Polaris Connectors reached out to me years ago and offered me a position in the company. I was attracted to how happy everyone was. I thought that was pretty unique. My first day on the job was scary and exciting all at once, but the people were so welcoming and warm.

I started out as a connector operator, moving into the CNC operator position, then taking over as the floor manager, ultimately leading me to be the Plant Manager. I love challenges. I love programming. I love science. I love leadership. I love our team and what we do.

Applications Team Leader

My name is Brian and I’m the Applications Team Leader at Mettler Toledo.

In college, I did an internship with one of Mettler’s product inspection brands in New York. I was really impressed with the engagement and knowledge of the people that I worked with. Once Mettler made an announcement that they were building a facility in Florida, I was offered a full-time job and moved to Pasco County, Florida.

Mettler has an exceptional management staff. I feel heard and nurtured in my career growth and I am really excited to see how far I can go.

Draftsman

My name is Jade Goldman. I’m an Associate Designer with PALL.

I went to school at Pasco Hernando State College and graduated with an AS in Drafting and Design Technology.

In the fall of 2019, my teaching assistant mentioned that PALL was looking for interns, so I applied and was accepted. When my internship came to an end, PALL hired me on full-time in March of 2020.

Now, at PALL, I design filtration systems for parts and assembly for the aircraft industry. My favorite part about my position is getting to make changes to parts and assembly and learn why it is happening.
