During the meeting, you will tell us about your existing business conditions, your perceptions of Pasco’s workforce, and any routes you may want to explore for your workforce. By the end of our brief meeting, we will have collected your feedback, and if necessary, envisioned a workforce development plan with you for the next steps, including which resources and workforce partners could be engaged. Later, based on our discussion, we will send you resources you may want to utilize now or in the future, as well as introduce you to and help schedule time with the workforce partners that will help bring your workforce ideas to fruition. If your goal is to provide additional training for your existing employees, we’ll also help you submit a training grant application through CareerSource Pasco Hernando.
