Turner Arbour
Senior Economic Development Manager
Turner is responsible for the Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program, WorkforceCONNECT, and the International Program. His responsibilities include working with existing industry in Pasco County to assist with retention and expansion, workforce resources, and international business. He is responsible for the development of the WorkforceCONNECT website, a resource for employers, job seekers and workforce providers. He serves on the Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board of Directors and was awarded 2023 Workforce Development Professional of the Year by the Florida Economic Development Council. He holds a B.S. in Global Business from the University of South Florida Saint Petersburg.
Turner was recognized as the “Workforce Development Professional of the Year” for 2023 by the Florida Economic Development Council (FEDC).
