AmSkills, 501(c)3, was developed to educate the community about manufacturing and related industries, to transform lives and strengthen communities through workforce training & apprenticeships for youth, adults, veterans, and economically disadvantaged. AmSkills helps to recruit, train, and sustain advanced manufacturing workers. Whether you are looking to switch careers, an experienced professional looking to gain additional training, or even still in high school, AmSkills offers several programs to help you reach a career in advanced manufacturing, such as 2-week bootcamps, pre-apprenticeship programs, and apprenticeship programs. A new state-of-the-art workforce training center, the Workforce Training Innovation Center, was opened in mid-2023 in Holiday, FL in Pasco County to offer on-site services in addition to mobile services. Not sure if advanced manufacturing is the right career for you yet? AmSkills also offers VR experiences to experience a real advanced manufacturing career. AmSkills partners with Stormwater Pasco County Utilities to offer 12 bootcamp graduates a a paid summer internship.
The AmSkills Career Discovery Bootcamp recruits candidates to complete a two-week hands on program, introducing candidates to a variety of careers and preparing them to launch a career in the manufacturing industry. Tours to local manufacturers, resume and interview preparation, mock interviews and skills assessments are completed during the program and everyone that completes the program is guaranteed job interviews with multiple hiring employers. SACA (Smart Automation Certification Alliance) micro-credentials are also offered, and AmSkills is the only Gold Standard SACA Training Center in Florida.
AmSkills is a Vocational Rehabilitation Training Center and in 2024 expect to become a Uniquely Abled Training Center. Manufacturing is also an excellent career for veterans, and AmSkills is registered with Veterans Affairs and offers Veterans Training and career paths into the manufacturing, public works, utilities and stormwater industries.

Boley Centers has three main programs for adult job services: Community Employment Services, Job Support Program, and Supported Employment services.
